Vogel added "the aggressiveness is coming from Beijing. And so it's important to call that out."
Strack-Zimmermann and fellow liberal lawmaker Vogel spoke to DW in a joint exclusive interview during their visit to Taiwan. Their delegation, which included several other FDP members, met with Taiwanese president Tsai Ing-wen and Taiwanese lawmakers.
