as posted by the channel

Armenia's Prime Minister is offering to recognize neighbouring Azerbaijan's sovereignty over the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh. The two former Soviet republics have been locked in conflict over the area for decades, but a fragile ceasefire has now paved the way for peace talks.

For more on this, we’re joined by Richard Giragosian. He's head of the Regional Studies Center, a foreign policy think tank, in Yerevan.
