Day 13 of Lindsay Clancy's trial was dominated by her digital footprint, including internet searches about suicide, psychosis and psychiatric medications.
Witnesses also testified about deeply personal notes describing her struggles with motherhood, depression, sleep and her desire to “feel happy.”
But under cross-examination, the defense challenged some of the prosecution’s most striking digital evidence, including who actually accessed a “Suicide Methods” webpage months before the children died.
Jurors also got a minute-by-minute look at Lindsay’s activity on the afternoon of Jan. 24, 2023. Her phone showed searches for children’s medications, calls to CVS, texts with Patrick about takeout and their baby’s nap, and searches for a restaurant menu and Pedialyte. This happened just hours before Cora, Dawson and Callan were found dead.
Tonight on "Courtroom Insider", Nate Eaton breaks down what the digital evidence actually showed, the defense’s effort to put it into context and more.
