Potentially the single biggest change, not only of the South African Constitution, but of the political order.

Decision to review section 25 of the constitution, the property rights clause.

For this to be done, a consultative process must be followed to obtain the input from the public at large about this issue.

Seems to be inundated with procedural irregularities which leads a reasonable person to conclude that the process is being manipulated in such a way as to ensure that the outcome of the process would be what the ANC has been saying all along. This even though the evidence suggests that the vast majority of people in South Africa do not believe that expropriation without expropriation would improve their lives.
