He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Oberoi Realty Ltd, with a market cap of around Rs 30,000 crore. Today at the age of 52, Vikas reportedly has a net worth of USD 3.5 billion (over Rs 28,000 crore) and is currently ranked as the 65th richest Indian, according to Forbes. Currently, Gayatri lives in Mumbai with her husband and two children. As for ‘Swades’, it was a story of a NRI NASA engineer who returns to his roots in India. The film still enjoys a loyal fan-base among hardcore SRK fans.
