According to reports, the duo was asked to appear before the arbitration tribunal of Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association (IMPPA) on July 25, 2023 in connection with the non-payment of dues issues, but they skipped the meeting. The President of IMPPA has issued a notice to the two for their absence in the meeting with the attribution tribunal. Reports stated that complaints were filed against Ameesha and Sunny by producers Haresh Patel of M/s AD Films and Vinod Bachchan of M/s Soundarya Productions respectively. And IMPPA has reportedly decided to take strict actions against the two divas by directing them to pay the entire claim payable to the aforementioned producers within 7 days of the meeting failing which there will be consequences. Meanwhile on the work front, Ameesha Patel will be next seen in ‘Gadar 2’ alongside Sunny Deol wherein she will reprise the role of Sakeena.
