Going by the reports, the actress has acquired a 2095 sq. ft flat on the eighth floor of Signature building at Oshiwara, Mumbai for Rs 7.6 crore. The building is situated next to Lotus Grandeur which houses all top production companies of the film industry like Sajid Nadiadwala Reliance Entertainment Abundantia Entertainment and more. The office boasts a RERA carpet area of 1904 square feet and includes the convenience of three designated parking spaces. Reports further stated that the transaction was officially registered on August 25, accompanied by a stamp duty payment of ₹45.84 lakh. Interestingly, Kajol’s husband and actor Ajay Devgn had also purchased five office units in the same building in July spread across a carpet area of 13298 sq. ft for Rs 45 crore. Earlier, Kajol made news for buying two apartments worth Rs 11.95 crore in Ananya building in Juhu, which is located in the sam vicinity as her current bungalow Shiv Shakti. Reportedly, the carpet area of both the flats is around 2000 sq. ft. On the work front, Kajol has films like ‘Do Patti’ and ‘Sarzameen’ in her kitty whereas Ajay Devgn will be seen in films like ‘Maidaan’ and ‘Singham Again’.For more news and updates, stay tuned to ETimes.
