2:40Now Playing‘Swades’ actress Gayatri Joshi recently made headlines when she and her husband Vikas Oberoi met with a car accident in Italy. A video of the accident that was recorded from one of the car’s dash cam surfaced on social media which grabbed a lot of eyeballs. In the latest, some pictures have emerged which show the sight of the location minutes after the accident took place. Gayatri can be seen sitting on the road in a numb state while looking at their car which went off the highway. One of the pictures showed the ripped-off roof of the Blue Lamborghini in which the couple was allegedly driving. Though Gayatri and Vikas came out of their vehicle unharmed, a Swiss couple reportedly lost their lives after their supercar caught fire due to the major collision. According to reports, Vikas Oberoi who was allegedly in the driver’s seat will be probed as prosecutors of the Italian city have opened an investigation into ‘double road homicide’, meaning the businessman can face up to 7 years in jail if charged and found guilty. Going by the video footage, both the cars that collided were breaking rules and endangering their lives by driving recklessly and attempting to overtake the camper van in a no-overtaking zone, stated a TOI report.
