He has to appear before the ED's office in Raipur on October 6. The actor had allegedly carried out promotional activities for the app, and now the agency wants to seek information about the amount of money he received for these promotions and the mode of payment. However, this is not the first time Ranbir got entangled in a controversy. In 2017, the actor faced a massive backlash when his pictures with Pakistani actress Mahira Khan smoking together went viral on the internet. Back in 2018, the 'Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar' actor also stunned the internet with his shocking revelation. During a promotional event for his film 'Sanju', the actor revealed that he had been a nicotine addict since he was 15. Not just that, once used to be in the limelight for his relationships, Ranbir admitted that he had cheated his girlfriend 'out of immaturity.' Ranbir also created a stir on social media when, in an interview, he confessed his love for non-vegetarian food and said he is a 'big beef lover.' He has also faced criticism for teasing Alia Bhatt over her pregnancy weight during the promotions of 'Brahmastra' and netizens called him a 'red flag.'
