Members of the Republican Party are now pushing a crazy new conspiracy about the January 6th Capitol Riots. They are claiming that the entire thing was an FBI operation to damage the reputation of conservatives. This is easily debunked by the fact that the rioters were clearly Trump supporters that had been posting their support of him for years on social media, but that hasn't stopped people like Matt Gaetz, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Tucker Carlson, and many others from joining in.
