Eric. Trump has decided that his best course of action as prosecutors in New York close in on his family, his best course of action is to, uh, attack repeatedly relentlessly the investigators themselves. Uh, Wednesday morning, he tweeted out a super cut video of new work attorney general Latisha, James, talking about how she's gonna go after the Trump family. And he said, oh boy, this is clear partisan politics. You're doing this because you thought it would advance your political career. And then that didn't happen. Ha ha. I got you. And then of course later on Wednesday, he made the bizarre claim that we're prosecuting you, Mrs. Mrs. Attorney general, uh, people. Weren't quite sure what to make of that. It's a nonsensical statement because you're, you're not actually prosecuting her at all, but we found out a little bit later in the day, why Eric Trump is so scared or maybe not why he's so scared.

We know why he's so scared. We got a bigger picture of how scared he is. And it's a picture that goes all the way back to the year 2020. When Eric sat down for a six hour interview with these investigators up in New York. And we learned from the court filings from Letitia James herself that during this six hour interview, Eric Trump had to plead the fifth amendment more than 500 times, 500 times in six hours. So let me break that down for you, cuz I went ahead and did the math. If there is three thi thousand 600 seconds in an hour, which there are times six hours divided by 500 pleading the fifth, even though it's more than 500 were given him around 500. That means that Eric Trump, during his six hour testimony, whatever you wanna call it, Eric Trump pled the fifth amendment, every 43.2 seconds, 43.2 seconds.

Every 43 seconds. This guy said, I plead the fifth. I'm not gonna incriminate myself because as we all know, that's what the fifth amendment is. You invoke the fifth amendment because every Amir, Eric has the absolute right to not incriminate themselves in criminal activity. So there's nothing wrong with Eric. Trump pleading the fifth amendment, except that it shows us that this man is truly terrified. He refused to answer pretty much any question. According to the court filings beyond basic background information, you know? So is your name Eric Trump? Yes, it is beyond that. He's like plead the fifth, plead the fifth, plead the fifth. Now you don't get to plead the fifth just because you don't want to answer questions. Okay. That's not what it's for. If it were every single person ever for always would invoke the fifth amendment. It's when you're afraid that answering a question could end up implicating yourself in the criminal behave now. And that is not to say that he was asked more than 500 questions that would've directly been. Aha. Gotcha. You just admitted to criminal activity. So let's kind of talk about the way the chain works a little bit. Suppose they ask him a question, you know, do you get to bank documents, the documents your company sends to the bank before they go out?

If he were to say yes, that would lead to a new line of questioning that could, of course eventually implicate him in criminal activity. You know the story we talked about earlier today with Ivanka Trump being the one to sign off on the documents that went to the bank that were clear early fraudulent, most likely if he had said yes, I do see the documents before they go out, I see the numbers. Then they could say, were you aware that these documents were fraudulent? You said you see them. So how did you not see this? So it's questions like that. Not every question is about a crime, but they could event truly lead, you know, four or five questions or even more or less down the road to the criminal activity that he could be implicating himself in. So pleading the fifth doesn't necessarily mean they asked him 500 times. Did you commit to crimes? It just means he's terrified to answer anything at all because he thinks it could link back to criminal activity. And if that doesn't give you a pretty clear insight into potentially how much criminal activity was happening inside that Trump organization, then I don't know what will.
