Well folks, MyPillow CEO, Mike Lindell is sure not going down without a fight. And he announced at the end of this week that he is in fact, suing the FBI for violating his first fourth and fifth amendment rights by taking his cell phone. He made the official announcement of course, on Steve Bannon's podcast on Thursday, while he also on Friday offered the code FBI to get, uh, percentage off the pillows from his website. So he is absolutely milking this thing for all it's worth, but his shilling for his pillow company aside using the code FBI of all things, absolutely shameless individual, um, his lawsuit against the FBI is effectively going to go nowhere, even if it does have superstar defense lawyer, a Dershowitz on its legal team. And here's why, because you see Mike Linde in that interview with Steve Bannon, that I mentioned where he announced his lawsuit also explained, unfortunately for him, that it's really not about the amendments.

It's about the fact that he runs his entire business off his cell phone. And he can't do that. If it's in the possession of the FBI, let me read you Mike Dell's statement and I will spare you my Mike Dell impression as I read it, what can we do with the seizure of my phone and the FBI and this FBI corruption? No, they're not. You're an idiot. There is nothing about the FBI executing a search warrant as part of a criminal investigation that violates somebody's freedom of speech. And if you think there

You have an actual person, Tina Peters, who is, you know, what sparked all of this with the FBI that has been, uh, charged with 10 different counts, multiple felonies in those 10 counts. Mike Landell is a close confidant. He's listed as a co-conspirator, which means he's likely facing criminal charges himself. How you gonna argue in court successfully that that's somehow illegal to investigate somebody who you think committed a crime Deitz at one point. Um, and I've said this before was once a very respected legal mind.

And I don't know what's happened to him. I don't, I don't know if, uh, you know, if maybe he's just getting up there in age and he doesn't understand the law anymore.
