5:35Now PlayingIn a recently-surfaced video clip from just a few years ago, George Santos tells a crowd that his name is actually Anthony Devolder. In other clips that are beginning to surface, Santos has also called himself George Devolder. This begs that very obvious question: What is this man's name? It is bad enough that he's lied about everything else, but lying about his actual name could be grounds for an election to be tossed out, as Farron Cousins explains.

The popular Twitter account, Patriot Takes has uncovered footage of George Santos, a k a, Anthony Alder, telling a group of conservatives anti L G B T Q conservatives, who also happen to be L G B T Q conservatives. Um, he's on video telling these individuals on this panel at an event in New York that his name is Anthony Alder, not George Santos. So here's the clip again, this is from Patriot Takes on Twitter. Here he is saying that his name is not what he says his name is. Now take a look.
Yeah, we're the hater. Oh, you gotta be here. So my name's Anthony Devold. Um, I'm a New York City resident. I've recently founded a group called United for Trump. So if you guys want to follow that would be awesome. My questions directed for both Blair and um, Brandon. Well, Brandon's an idol to all of us. Thank you. You're welcome. Um, but Blair, I I have a question. How do you think that as a trans woman and a conservative, you can help educate other trans people from not having to follow the narrative that the media and the Democrats put forward? And how can Brandon incorporate that into walkaway in more, more in debt? That's my question.
At other times, in other clips, he has also gone by the name of George Dal. And according to reports, uh, report from Business Insider, he has at one point listed his full name as George Anthony Dal Santos. So if his name is in fact George Anthony Dul Santos, no problem, but I hate to sound like a birther. We don't have the birth certificate. We have no legal documents available to us saying exactly what George Santo's name actually is. Again, if his name is George Anthony Dul Santos, no problem. But at the same time, why give a different name? If you are George Anthony Dul Santos, why tell that group, you know, doing their their L G B T Q stuff, why are you telling them that your name is Anthony Dul instead of George Santos? That doesn't make sense, especially cuz hey, you're trying to get people to come to your organization.
You just promoted it like I've started this new Trump group. Hey, come on and like it, share it. That'd be great. But why, why would you not do it under the name of George Santos? Cuz that's your first name and last name. You didn't need to switch it up to Anthony Dal, unless of course you're trying to avoid detection because George Santos at the time was wanted in the country of Brazil and going out there making public statements, you know, on video. This is 2019, I believe. So, you know, it's gonna end up online. That could make it easier for authorities in a foreign country to identify where you're at so that they could come and get you. But if they only have you wanted as George Santos and not as Anthony DeVol in that instance, it would make sense to not use your real name. Right? You're, you're trying to use an alias almost so that you don't get found by the authorities, but that was also just a year or so away from the first time you ran for Congress as George Santos. So you weren't afraid to put the name George Santos out there. You weren't afraid to do it in 22 either. So why the switch and is that your actual real full legal name or is it another fabrication? We don't know at this point. And that's the worst part about all this. We may not even know who the hell this guy really is. And I'm talking about his name. We, we may not know his actual name at this point because he's used different aliases, used different parts of his name. That's, that's not normal.
It might all be innocuous. It might also be very nefarious if it turns out his name, however, is not George Santos. Like if that's the part that he's lying about, if his real name is only Anthony Dul and not George Santos, then that would actually create a problem on the ballot where he won his election. Cause you can't run under a fake name if you are not George Santos. But people voted for George Santos, you didn't win.
