Republican Rep Panics On Fox When He Can't Name A Single Crime Biden Committed

But when host Steve Doocy asked the Republican lawmaker to tell us what crimes were committed, Comer couldn't name a single one and seemed to panic a bit as Doocy kept pressing him to list something. Republican representative James Comer, the chair of the House Oversight committee, that God bless 'em, they've been investigating President Biden and Hunter Biden and James Comer, who has repeatedly said he is, got bombshells and then had to go back out in the media and say, okay, sorry, they're not bombshells. We really don't have any anything. But this week, dang it, he went on Fox News on Thursday morning, and he told the people on Fox and Friends that they got him, right? They got President Biden. It is a criminal family. And oddly enough, Fox and Friends co-host Steve Ducey wasn't buying it. So Steve Ducey did what reporters and journalists are supposed to do, and he kept pressing James Comer to explain this criminality that you've allegedly found, which Comer couldn't actually do. And it almost felt at one point that Comer was kind of starting to panic because Ducey wasn't letting up.

So let me read you this exchange that took place between James Comer, Republican chair of the Oversight Committee and Steve Ducey on Fox and Friends started with Steve Ducey say, uh, saying, I heard you yesterday refer to them as a crime family, and this was organized crime, so make it easy for us. What was the crime? Right? It's a very simple question like you called them a crime family. So what's the crime? Like, we're waiting, we will amplify whatever you tell us, but you've gotta tell us something. Comer responded. Well, the crime is trading policy for money. That sounds pretty intense. So Ducey responded, which policy? I mean obviously like, oh shoot, you got a bombshell. Like what policy did they do? Comer said, well, we're going to get into that. I, I mean, look, Joe Biden has on day one, he changed our energy policy in America that put China first and America last.

You know, that, uh, that, that, that kind of thing, right? That's that's totally, uh, a thing. Steve Ducey wasn't having it, and Steve Ducey pressed further, he said, so you're saying because members of the Hunter Biden family and the extended Joe Biden family got money through various foreign entities, including things like things from China that the president is compromised and Comer said, absolutely, Ducey again, not letting up. This is the one time I'm gonna give Steve Ducey credit cuz it's so funny. So Ducey goes, how, how's he compromised? And James Comer goes, he's compromised because he is taken so much money from China. You, you do realize, James, that um, while he was president, Donald Trump made more than 5 million from China, and he and his daughter combined were granted 18 different trademarks from China while they were both in the White House. But you didn't have any problem with that, right? Like, that's totally cool when Trump literally makes

Millions from China. But now you're saying that because America somehow put Chinese energy first and American energy policy last, that the money that Hunter Biden got from his Chinese business deals has impacted President Biden to the point where he did the energy thing, which wasn't actually even legislation. So that's not No, nope. There's really no way to slice this, to justify Comer calling the Biden family a crime family. And I know that's a common refrain that Republicans are trying to push. Like this is the most corrupt administration. Like, are you kidding me? Are you effing kidding me? Biden is a lot of things. He's a lot of decent things. He's a lot of bad things, but a criminal, come on folks. These Republicans have been leading us on for six months promising us every other day. We've got the big one here. We got that smoking gun, and then they show us it's just a fire that they lit themselves.
