Well, folks, it is Thanksgiving Day and I am currently on vacation with my family. Uh, and it's, I'm assuming it's wonderful. Uh, you know, this is filmed in advance, so I can't tell you for sure. Hopefully it's going wonderful. But I, I, I, I posted on our YouTube community page about a week or so ago asking for questions so I could do some q and as for the time that I'm out. And I've addressed a lot of those. I've got more coming in the coming days along with some other news. But a lot of people always to my surprise, wanna know personal things about me. And I didn't want to devote, you know, eight different segments to just fun, personal questions. So I decided to take as many of the personal questions as I possibly could and fit them in right here, right now for you.

So, this ladies and gentlemen, is everything you never wanted to know about me, but you're gonna learn it anyway, let's start with a question, uh, from Jared Stallings, four six fives, he says, what year did you start doing videos on here and Ring of Fire? Uh, fair and Balanced. Uh, we started that I think the day of the 2020 presidential election. Maybe it was the day after, but yeah, so basically since November of 2020, it is now November, 2023, we've got over 400,000 subscribers and we've done that without any promotions. Most of this was all just kind of organic growth on YouTube, which has been phenomenal. Um, you know, I've not promoted it over at Ring Offi, even though that channel has over 900,000 subscribers. Now, I've mentioned it in interviews that I've done, and I've been introduced as, you know, fair and Cousins from Fair and Balanced.

But aside from that, you know, we haven't really pushed this in the ways that we could. Part of it was 'cause we really wanted to see like, can we build another, just like we did with Ring of Fire from the ground up? And we did a dang good job of that. And, and that's not even mostly me, by the way. That is, uh, my, my YouTube manager and editor Gary Bentley. If it weren't for him, this probably wouldn't exist at all. Like he is the brains behind all of this. He understands algorithms and, and, and it just how to make things work. And he's a brilliant video editor, so full credit to him for all of the success here and over at Ring of Fire. 'cause he does that too. So, uh, the videos over at Ring of Fire Ring of Fire began in May of 2004.

It was a one hour weekly radio show hosted by Mike Papantonio and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Before he went kind of off the deep end. I started at Ring of Fire. They started in May of 20 of 2004. I started in August of 2004. Uh, I, I'm still there, obviously, uh, do that every single day without fail. And I started doing videos for them. I originally just started as a researcher, then a producer. But I started doing videos in 2007, the summer of 2007, technically June of 2007 when we started a little project called Go Left tv. Now, at the time, YouTube was effectively in its infancy. You couldn't post videos longer than 10 minutes. You couldn't have ads on videos. They didn't even have that yet. Uh, so we started this thing called Go Left tv. We hosted our own videos, we owned the servers.

They were actually, um, our tech guy. They were in his house. Uh, but the server space, you know, just having the data and all that, it was costing us thousands of dollars a month. So we kind of shut all that down. In 2010, it just became too expensive with no revenue input. Uh, that same year airer where Ring of Fire aired shut down. So we just syndicated the show ourselves. In 2013, we started the show on Free Speech tv. And it was at that point that I got back into doing videos again. And then towards the end when we were winding down free speech tv, 'cause again, that was like very expensive for us to be on it. Uh, Gary was like, just go do some videos. And we started like maybe just a couple days a week, like to come up and I'd write the whole thing out and put it on the teleprompter and read it very awkwardly.
