1:25:00Now PlayingThe probable cause affidavit has been released: Prosecutors have charged Adam Fravel with two counts of second-degree murder in connection with the death of his ex-girlfriend Madeline Kingsbury. Kingsbury, a Winona mother-of-two, went missing nearly 70 days ago. Her body was discovered Wednesday in a wooded area off of a gravel road near the town of Mabel.
From Winona PD: "Adam Fravel will appear in court this morning to face charges in the death of Madeline Kingsbury. The court proceedings will be held over zoom. Information about specific charges and bail will be available after the proceedings are finished. There will also be a news conference to discuss this important step at 2 p.m. outside the courthouse at the front."

Madeline Kingsbury, a 26-year-old mother of two was last seen on Friday, March 31st when her and the father of the children dropped the kids off (age 5 and 2) at their Winona Daycare, returning to their home at approximately 8:15 AM.
Case background:
Madeline Kingsbury, a 26-year-old mother of two was last seen on Friday, March 31st when her and the father of the children dropped the kids off (age 5 and 2) at their Winona Daycare, returning to their home at approximately 8:15 AM.
They were in her 2014 Chrysler Town & Country Minivan. She has not been seen or heard from since. The ex-boyfriend aka father of the children left the home in her minivan at approximately 10AM, returning at 1:30 PM, saying she was not there when he got back. In a previous press conference, the police have said that they spotted a vehicle matching the description of her vehicle traveling in Winona County and then in Filllmore County between 10 AM - 1:30 PM.
