Juliana Peres Magalhaes, 25, is SENTENCED for her role in the double homicide of Christine Banfield and Joseph Ryan in Fairfax County, Virginia, which occurred on February 24th, 2023. She was arrested in October 2023 and pleaded guilty in October 2024, agreeing to testify against Brendan Banfield in exchange for a lesser sentence. In February 2023, a double homicide inside a quiet Fairfax County, Virginia home left two people dead: pediatric nurse Christine Banfield, and Joseph Ryan, a man lured to the home under alleged false pretenses. NOTE: This is a homicide trial, so some exhibits may be disturbing/upsetting for some viewers. Nothing graphic or exploitative in any way is shown. Just know that there are some crime scene photos of the carpet, clothing, etc. It is part of the exhibits of the case. Juliana will be sentenced on Feb 13th, 2026.
