It comes as Hageman told Sean Hannity that Cheney left a brief voicemail and did not concede. In the audio call, Cheney says "Hi Harriet, Liz Cheney calling. It's 8:13 on Tuesday the 16th. I'm calling to concede the election and to congratulate you on the win." Hageman's campaign says there was a technical problem to explain why only two seconds of the call were recorded.
