Twenty-seven floors of the high-rise building are still covered in graffiti art. The buildings have been deserted since 2019 after construction came to a halt due to economic conditions. Los Angeles City Council member Kevin de Leon blames the developer for not having enough security. Inside Edition’s Jim Moret has more.
