Seven horses and six soldiers from the Household Cavalry were working when several of the horses were spooked by construction noises. Five horses bolted and four soldiers were unseated, according to the Army. The runaway horses are under veterinary care and three soldiers are receiving medical attention for non-life threatening injuries.
