YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

At Pennsylvania's Capitol building, clocks that are more than a century old still help lawmakers tell the time. There are 273 vintage clocks inside the Capitol, that are all working. They've become focal points on fireplaces or mounted onto walls. While vintage is trendy, it's not necessarily easy to maintain. These clocks have to be meticulously wound and oiled in order to keep the ticks tocking.
