Officers reenacted the chokehold of Elijah McClain in a photo. Three officers were fired for staging the photo near the memorial. The fourth officer resigned from the Aurora Police Department. The Chief stated that four officers engaged in conduct unbecoming of officers. Mcclain, 23, died in august 2019 after a police chokehold. The staged photo was taken in October 2019 after McClain's death.

A Miami-Dade officer was seen striking a woman at the airport. Officer Anthony Rodriguez is to be terminated. A Woman was seen yelling and cursing at employees before the slap. Paris Anderson was arrested and charged with battery. The Mayor called the officer's actions excessive use of force

A third ex-cop in George Floyd's case was released from jail. Tou Thao was released from jail on a $750,000 bond. Thao was charged with aiding, 2nd-degree murder, and manslaughter. Derek Chauvin is now the only ex-cop remaining behind bars. Floyd died after officers pressed a knee into his neck and chest.
