41:56Now PlayingA pretrial hearing was held last week for Anthony Todt, the man accused of murdering his wife, kids, and family dog in their Celebration, Florida home. The State's position is that any evidence about Todt's mental health status, diminished capacity, or evidence of Baker Acts would be irrelevant and mislead the jury in this trial. The defense is arguing that this particular evidence is relevant to the trial and should be admissible. The trial is set to begin Monday April 4 with jury selection.
