21:51Now PlayingA former Portland State University football player is charged in connection to the death of a fellow student, 19-year-old Amara Marluke. 20-year-old Neenan Harpole turned himself over to police and was booked on suspicion of second-degree murder, domestic violence and unlawful use of a weapon. Marluke's body was found on Monday near the university's campus. An autopsy determined she died of gunshot wounds and her death was ruled a homicide.
