3:11Now PlayingBodycam footage and helicopter video show a shootout between a Compton man and Los Angeles County deputies in January. Authorities said 36-year-old Mario Bustillos, a felon, was wanted for allegedly violating supervision terms. After spotting Bustillos near his last known address, deputies engaged in a shootout with the armed suspect after he began firing a pistol at them. Bustillos, who survived the encounter, was arrested and charged with five counts of attempted murder of a peace officer. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks it down.
