When officers eventually got him to respond, the man was recorded on body camera footage slurring his words and couldn’t tell cops his own name. When he was asked to step out of the car, he refused to do so and denied field sobriety tests, resulting in his immediate arrest for DUI. At the police station, he screamed expletives at the cops.
