29:01Now PlayingWashington police were on patrol when they noticed there were two females lying in the grass on the side of the road. When police approached the two females, they instantly noticed they were impaired and seemed under the age of 21. Mary Craig, 18, explained to officers that she was “not even drunk” although she was swaying and couldn’t balance herself. Craig also lied to cops about her date of birth. Cops arrested her for public intoxication.
