YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

A Georgia couple’s golf vacation turned tragic when Daniel Mackin fell off the back of a moving golf cart driven by his wife, Cynthia Mackin, struck his head on the pavement, and later died from his injuries. Police suspected Cynthia was under the influence, citing signs of impairment and a breath test showing a 0.09 BAC, leading to her DUI arrest, while former MLB player Justis Logan Morrison was also arrested for obstruction during the chaotic scene. Although Cynthia was initially charged with DUI, the charge was later dismissed following her husband’s death. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner goes Inside the Crime.
