34:01Now PlayingIn court on Thursday, Lori Ann Phillips took the stand in her own defense as she's accused of murdering her husband, Mark Phillips. After the two got into a drunken altercation, Lori allegedly drove off abruptly while her husband attempted to get into the passenger side of the car. When she got home, and she noticed her husband wasn’t home, she claims she got concerned. She told investigators she then found Mark lying dead in their driveway. If convicted of his murder, Lori faces up to 25 years in prison.
