23:36Now PlayingMidwest shooting spree suspect Allan Brown was sentenced on Tuesday for shooting a K-9 officer while fleeing police. K-9 Riggs, who was shot in the head during the pursuit, survived the near-deadly shooting and made a full recovery. Brown was found guilty of first-degree recklessly endangering safety with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm by an out-of-state felon, and firing at an animal with a dangerous weapon, among other charges in his Wisconsin case. Brown will face 57 years behind bars. He has yet to face trial in Illinois.
