Law enforcement found Kendy Howard dead in a bathtub with a gunshot wound through her mouth. Prosecutors believe Daniel killed Kendy then staged her murder because she wanted a divorce and he didn’t want to split their assets which cost over $2 million — but, the defense says that’s not true. Daniel faces several charges including first-degree murder and domestic battery.
