During a bail hearing on Tuesday, Tupac murder suspect Duane Davis, aka "Keefe D," accused the prosecution of having "tainted evidence" and said the state was corrupt. "Them boxes should not be allowed. It's tainted evidence," Davis told the judge. The judge previously denied his bail. She said she will make another decision on that matter soon.
