The mother of murder victim Tania Wise took the stand on Wednesday morning to deliver an emotional victim impact statement, holding back tears as she described the person her daughter was before her brutal death. She said Tania was excited to become a mother, and that the tragedy has made it difficult for her to sleep or carry on with her normal life. She added that she feels angry knowing someone took away her only daughter and what was supposed to be her grandchild.
