9:33Now PlayingOn Tuesday, Arielle Konig, the alleged victim in this case, took the stand. Her husband, Gerhardt Konig, is accused of attempting to kill his wife while the two were on a hike in Honolulu. According to investigators, Dr. Konig allegedly pushed his wife toward a cliff, tried to inject her with a syringe, and struck her repeatedly with a lava rock. She testified that the cliff, the wind, and the narrow path made her uneasy, and so she did not want to continue on the hiking trail before her attack.
