33:44Now PlayingOn Monday, Joel Christopher Kohnert, 44, and Jennifer Renee Kohnert, 45, were in a Florida courtroom and are now facing even more charges. The couple is accused of child abuse after allegedly locking their 12-year-old adopted daughter in a room for years. The couple has four other biological children who allegedly witnessed the abuse. They were arrested for child abuse without great bodily harm charges but now face upgraded charges of aggravated child abuse. Prosecutors have also filed five additional counts, including child neglect for all of their kids who were between the ages of 3 and 12 at the time the crimes were committed. The Kohnerts must also wear GPS monitors and stay away from the victims involved in this case.
