Dukes said Clancy reported severe anxiety, lack of sleep, depression and frequent intrusive thoughts about not wanting to be alive, but denied having a plan. Dukes also testified that Clancy later contacted a crisis support service after a difficult weekend, though she did not meet the criteria for inpatient treatment at the time.
