Qualified Immunity DENIED in Kansas 'Swatting' Death (Finch v. Rapp)

The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has confirmed the denial of Qualified Immunity to protect Officer Justin Rapp who shot and killed Andrew Finch in the 2018 Kansas City 'Swatting' incident after Tyler Barriss made a false 911 call, sending police to Finch's address. Barriss had been 'hired' to 'Swat' Shane 'Miruhcle' Gaskill by Casey 'Baperizer' Viner after the pair had an altercation in Call of Duty.
