YouTuber Beats Qualified Immunity in Right-to-Film-Police Appeal (Irizarry v. Yehia)

YouTuber Abade Irizarry has WON his appeal to the 10th Circuit over his right to film to police. The Appeals Court denied Officer Yehia's defense of Qualified Immunity on the grounds that the right to film police was widely and clearly established at the time of Mr. Irizarry's filming.
