There's always a number of factors in every accident case. And sometimes the at fault driver is not the only one that did something wrong to cause the injury. So in a car accident case, there can be an at fault driver, there can be the employer of a company that told them where to drive or where to go, there can be the owner of a car that can be responsible for the car accident as well, even if they weren't driver. And then, there can also be the owner of the property where the accident happened if they didn't have the proper safety measures in place at the time of the accident.
