0:34Now PlayingCan I still sue a nursing home on behalf of my loved one if they passed away? | Tragos, Sartes & Tragos | | (727) 4419030 | 601 Cleveland St., Suite #800, Clearwater, Florida 33755
George Tragos | Peter Tragos | Peter Sartes
Just because somebody passes away in a nursing home doesn't mean their cause of action goes away. There is a possibility to set up an estate that would stand in the place of the injured person, and normally a family member or an attorney is set up as the executor of that estate and will bring a cause of action of whatever occurred against the nursing home.
