YouTube Description
as posted by the channelAttorneys Brian Kabateck and Shant Karnikian cover Trump's meltdown over California's primary results. Trump walked out of a Meet the Press interview, posted that the election was "rigged," and claimed votes were under investigation. His handpicked U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli opened "multiple election fraud investigations" and sent a prosecutor to the ballot counting center. Then Essayli told the public: "Please do not send rumors, theories, or secondhand information. We require direct evidence." When Elon Musk amplified a claim that Spencer Pratt received zero votes in one batch, Essayli's office confirmed the claim was false. Brian and Shant walk through California's system: 23 million registered voters, universal mail ballots with signature verification, a 30-day canvass period with audits. The Constitution gives states the power to regulate their own elections. California has done exactly that. The irony: Trump spent years attacking mail-in voting, then watched ballots counted slowly and methodically, exactly as the law requires, and called it fraud.
