Terrifying stuff. I also reveal the growth in power and cost of HR departments, some scary HR guidance, and how HR guidance is more worrying than woke legislation because it's not subject to the parliamentary scrutiny and debate that legislation is.
HR guidance is literally dreamt up by an angry woman whose eyes point in different directions, then rubber stamped by an angry woman with green hair.
