7:08Now PlayingA Canadian recruiter went viral a few days ago for a video she posted to social media in which she lifts the curtain on the systemic wokeness of corporations and HR departments who are always watching what you say, and if you have the wrong opinions you'll be fired (or not hired) or will affect your salary.
Terrifying stuff. I also reveal the growth in power and cost of HR departments, some scary HR guidance, and how HR guidance is more worrying than woke legislation because it's not subject to the parliamentary scrutiny and debate that legislation is.
HR guidance is literally dreamt up by an angry woman whose eyes point in different directions, then rubber stamped by an angry woman with green hair.
