Former President Donald Trump sharply criticized Vice President Kamala Harris's recent promise to eliminate taxation on tips, accusing her of co-opting his policy idea for political advantage. Trump took to Truth Social to voice his discontent, asserting that Harris's commitment to the issue was insincere and designed solely to garner voter support. To further emphasize his point, Trump left a $500 tip at a Philadelphia restaurant, inscribing "Vote Trump, No Tax on Tip" on the check, a move that highlights his ongoing commitment to the policy and contrasts his approach with that of Harris.
