Speaker Daudt recommended holding joint legislative hearings between the House and the Senate. The possibility remains that Governor Dayton will call a special session after the upcoming election to provide relief to individuals and families who are expected to experience health insurance premium increases of 50-67 percent in the 2017 individual market.
