22:02Now PlayingArmed with the positive outlook of Minnesota’s November Budget and Economic Forecast, Governor Mark Dayton and legislative leaders met Friday, December 2, to continue talks about holding a special session to address rising health care premiums in the individual market. In addition to providing the relief to Minnesotans who are facing steep health insurance premium increases, legislators hope to also address the failed tax and bonding bills from the 2016 Legislative Session.
If an agreement is reached, Tuesday, December 20 is the proposed date of the special session.
