Capitol Report moderator Shannon Loehrke begins her conversations with the state's major party chairs and speaks with Jennifer Carnahan, head of the Minnesota Republican Party, about the importance of President Trump’s two recent visits to the state and the GOP message for the upcoming November election.
A refundable tax credit for military service in a combat zone for the year 2014 is about to expire. Cynthia Bauerly, Commissioner of the Department of Revenue, joins Shannon to explain who qualifies for the tax credit.
