Vice-Chair of the Senate Transportation Committee, Senator John Jasinski, R-Faribault, joins Capitol Report moderator Shannon Loehrke to review new laws that will limit cell phone use while driving, ease the process for registering a vehicle and improve traffic flow.
Also on the program, Senator Jim Carson, DFL-Eagan, a senior DFL member of the Senate Transportation Committee, has focused his attention on improving transportation safety measures. He joins Shannon to review current and future tools to make driving or hopping transit safer.
