2:10Now PlayingThrough an executive order signed Wednesday, August 7, Governor Tim Walz and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan relaunched the Children's Cabinet, which was first established in 1993 by state statue.
According to administration officials, the cabinet will focus on several challenges, including prenatal care, child care access, E-12 education, mental health services and housing affordability and availability.
