The two Democratic leaders addressed the media Tuesday, February 4.
Following a series of town hall meetings held around the state, the lawmakers created a plan that would regulate the cannabis market place, offer reforms in the criminal justice system regarding marijuana possession, provide youth access prevention and public health information and develop economic opportunities in low income communities.
