S.F. 3007, sponsored by Senator Nick Frentz, DFL-North Mankator, provides $750,000 dollars for grants to improve grain bin safety, prevent farm tractor rollovers and to create safety educational programs. S.F. 3086, authored by Senator Rich Draheim, R-Madison Lake, would fund a course at the University of Minnesota on grain bin safety.
